To create the high-quality vinyl pressing for Warner Records’ Greatest Hits remaster, Bernie Grundman used this Scully lathe — extensively restored, adapted and modernized. The lathe uses state-of-the-art handmade components to transfer James’s classics from original 1970s tape, and is considered unequalled in its fidelity and precision. Bernie Grundman and Peter Asher took care to ensure the final pressing precisely reproduced the albums James created 50 years ago.

James announced today that he and Bonnie Raitt have rescheduled their 12-city Canadian tour to begin September 2021. Please visit the Schedule page for the complete list of new dates.
“I’m more than a little excited to announce the rescheduled performance dates for our James Taylor/Bonnie Raitt Canadian Tour. Starting in St. John’s Newfoundland in mid-September ’21, Bonnie and I will work our way West over the following month. It’s a kind of reunion for the two of us and we’re both really excited to share the stage again. Though I say it myself, our last tour together was as good as it gets. I love Bonnie and we both love Canada!”
~James Taylor
