Thanks to everyone who submitted a video for James’s recent #JTYouveGotAFriendChallenge. James and team continue to enjoy watching these covers celebrating Carole King, and here are just a few recent favorites!

First up, here’s Reverend Alan Jenkins, from Colchester, England, with his take on the Carole King classic first recorded for Tapestry.

Next, click to see the UK-based Adrienne Hale and the Purple Fish Band perform their version of the song, which James covered on Mud Slide Slim and the Blue Horizon.

And now, here’s Peter Bergenske, from Otis Orchards, WA, with his fingerstyle arrangement of the song James took to #1 in 1971.

Finally, here’s The DiElle Trio performing “You’ve Got A Friend” in front of a crowd at the Station Theatre.
