James and Jackson Browne have announced that proceeds from their October 16 concert in New Orleans will benefit South Louisiana's Second Harvest Food Bank to support those affected by the devastation of Hurricane Ida. Second Harvest helps feed people year-round across South Louisiana and has been delivering food, water, and supplies to the areas hardest-hit by Hurricane Ida.

On November 12, Joni Mitchell will release Archives Vol 2: The Reprise Years (1968-1971), a collection of demos, outtakes and live recordings. The set includes Joni's October 29, 1970 show at the Paris Theatre in London featuring James on guitar and vocals. Click now to hear the first official release from that show — James and Joni duetting on JT's "You Can Close Your Eyes", which he'd written a few months earlier and then appeared on his 1971 album Mud Slide Slim and The Blue Horizon.
