In Performance at the White House

On October 14, James joined a stellar line up of performers, including Smokey Robinson, Usher and Carol Burnett in the East Room of the White House for a special event called A Celebration of American Creativity: In Performance at the White House. James performed Hank Williams’ “I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry” (with Keb’ Mo’) and Buddy Holly’s “Everyday”. PBS will broadcast the show on January 8, 2016 — but you can view a gallery of photos from the evening now by clicking the image below.
